We are glad that you've chosen to make Concord Hall your home!  We're a neighborhood of 175 homes in Johns Creek, Georgia.  This is a lease restricted neighborhood.  We are governed by two mandatory HOAs.  Concord Hall Owners' Association oversees the architectural covenants, as well as maintaining common area grounds.  Caney Creek Recreation Association oversees the shared pool, tennis, clubhouse and playground.  Please attend our monthly meetings and become part of our community!
