Permits

If you are making external changes to your home or landscaping, please submit the attached Architectural Modification Approval form to the architectural committee as soon as possible.

If you notice any neighborhood property damage or have a covenant violation to report, please send an email to Architectural committee.

Concord Hall Meeting

Come and participate in your HOA. Meetings take place in the clubhouse at 7 PM on the 1st Monday of every month. Your voice matters. Come introduce yourself and meet your neighbors.

Concord Hall Covenants and Bylaws

Concord Hall owners are subject to covenants and bylaws. We are also a lease restricted neighborhood with limited and temporary hardship permits given only on a case by case basis. New buyers do not qualify for this and home cannot be rented.
